이 약관은 구름게임즈(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 모바일 게임 「수달 잠수 원정대」(이하 "게임")를 이용할 때의 조건을 정합니다. 게임을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
운영자는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 게임 안 공지와 이 페이지로 알립니다.
게임은 회원 가입 없이 이용하며, 게임 기록(조개, 진주, 조약돌, 도구, 먹이, 지역 진행 등)은 이용하는 기기에 저장됩니다. 기기를 바꾸면 기록이 옮겨지지 않고, 앱을 지우거나 설정 > 데이터 초기화를 누르면 기록을 되살릴 수 없습니다.
도구 뽑기, 도구 합치기, 먹이 합치기처럼 결과가 확률로 정해지는 기능의 확률은 게임 안 확률 정보와 확률 정보 페이지(https://sudaljamsuwonjeongdae.pages.dev/odds)에 공개합니다. 확률을 바꾸면 미리 알립니다.
게임에는 광고가 나옵니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 보고, 광고를 불러오지 못하거나 중간에 닫혀도 안내한 보상을 줍니다. 광고 속 상품과 서비스는 광고주의 책임입니다.
이런 일이 확인되면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 게임 내용을 고치거나, 부득이한 경우 서비스를 끝낼 수 있습니다. 서비스를 끝낼 때는 최소 30일 전에 게임 안 공지로 알립니다.
천재지변, 통신 장애, 앱 마켓·광고 회사 등 외부 서비스의 장애처럼 운영자가 막을 수 없는 일로 생긴 손해에는 책임지지 않습니다. 운영자의 고의나 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 예외입니다. 무료로 제공하는 게임 재화가 기기 문제로 사라진 경우에는 되살려 주지 못할 수 있습니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 hello@goormgames.com으로 연락해 주세요. 소송이 필요하면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다툽니다.

These terms apply to the mobile game Otter Dive Squad (the "Game") run by GOORMGames ("we"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. We announce changes in the Game and on this page seven days before they take effect (30 days for changes against your interest).
The Game needs no account. Your progress (clams, pearls, pebbles, tools, food, regions) is stored on your device; it does not move to a new device and cannot be restored after you uninstall or use Settings > Reset data.
The Game is free and has no in-app purchases. In-game currencies and items are for use in the Game only and have no cash value. If paid items are ever added, we will update these terms first.
The odds of every random result (tool draws, tool merges, food merges) are shown in the Game under Odds and at https://sudaljamsuwonjeongdae.pages.dev/odds. We announce changes in advance.
The Game shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional; if one fails to load or is closed early you still get the reward offered. Advertisers are responsible for what their ads offer.
Do not modify the Game, use cheats, hacks or macros, trade in-game items or progress for money, disrupt the Game, or copy its art, sound or text without permission. We may restrict use when we find this.
We may change the Game and, if unavoidable, end the service, announcing the end in the Game at least 30 days before.
We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, network failures, outages of app stores or ad providers), except for losses caused by our intent or gross negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact hello@goormgames.com first; court proceedings go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

本規約は、GOORMGames（以下「運営者」）が提供するモバイルゲーム「カワウソ潜水隊」（以下「本ゲーム」）の利用条件を定めます。本ゲームをインストールまたは利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。変更は施行の7日前（利用者に不利な変更は30日前）までにゲーム内とこのページでお知らせします。
本ゲームは会員登録なしで遊べ、進行記録（貝、真珠、小石、道具、エサ、地域など）は端末に保存されます。機種変更では引き継がれず、アプリの削除や「設定 > データ初期化」の後は復元できません。
本ゲームは無料で、アプリ内課金はありません。ゲーム内の通貨やアイテムは本ゲーム内でのみ使え、換金できません。有料アイテムを追加する場合は、先に本規約を改定します。
道具ガチャ、道具の合成、エサの合成など確率で結果が決まる機能の確率は、ゲーム内の「確率情報」と https://sudaljamsuwonjeongdae.pages.dev/odds で公開します。変更する場合は事前にお知らせします。
本ゲームには広告が表示されます。リワード広告は任意で、読み込みに失敗したり途中で閉じられたりしても案内した報酬を付与します。広告の商品・サービスは広告主の責任です。
本ゲームの改ざん、チート・ハッキングツール・マクロの使用、ゲーム内アイテムや記録の現金取引、運営の妨害、絵・音・文章の無断複製は禁止です。確認された場合は利用を制限することがあります。
運営者は本ゲームの内容を変更し、やむを得ない場合はサービスを終了できます。終了する場合は30日前までにゲーム内でお知らせします。
天災、通信障害、アプリストアや広告事業者の障害など運営者が防げない事由による損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き責任を負いません。
本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。紛争が生じた場合はまず hello@goormgames.com へご連絡ください。訴訟は大韓民国民事訴訟法に基づく管轄裁判所で行います。
